Jay is a Chartered Tax Adviser with over 20 years’ experience in advising large corporate Indirect Tax Transactions. Jay has trained at PwC, Deloitte, EY and KPMG prior to establishing the Indirect Tax Practice at TAP. Jay specialises in UK and Global VAT compliance, as well as assisting clients with VAT cash recovery reviews. Jay has significant experience of indirect tax technology including ERP/ tax engine implementations, end to end indirect tax process reviews and wider finance transformation projects. Working with large global clients, Jay assists with process and technology improvement of indirect tax compliance from overall end to end operational efficiencies and global tax reporting requirements. Jay is keen on developing and implementing comprehensive tax transformation strategies to enhance global efficiency, compliance, and financial performance by aligning tax transformation initiatives with overall business goals and regulatory. Jay drives efficiencies for clients through the use of technology and automation.
