JP Morgan EBT - settlement with HMRC draws closer...

As has long been suspected, JP Morgan have been in talks with HMRC to settle their protracted dispute concerning the bank's EBT structure.

It is fair to say that the deal now on the table for the (ex-) employees affected takes some understanding, but it may offer those individuals an opportunity to access the funds held for their benefit at what many might see as a palatable tax rate.

Each case needs to be looked at on its own merit, however, and participants can contact us for a review of their situation.
